Nigel was more than helpful giving honest opinions and answering any questions I had. He was transparent with me when trading my car in (I was sorry to see it go) but had a good range of cars to choose from. When looking about cars were all clean and well laid out on forecourt. I picked my (new to me ) car up and it had been valeted so well it looked like a brand new car. Highly recommend for excellent no nonsense customer service.

We had such a friendly and quick service with no pressure. Our questions where answered without hesitation and any concerns we had about our new car where addressed and promptly rectified. We traded our old car and got a very fair deal, again, with no pressure. Nigel is very easy to talk to and takes time to make sure everything you need to know is understood, with regards to after care and warranty. I got a call a few days later to make sure I was still happy with everything and that I was enjoying my new car. I love my new car and in the future, when the time comes, I will definitely head to Richard first.

I took my son to see a car at the Ballyclare show room, he loved the car (of course he did lol). Nigel was brilliant, easy to work with throughout the buying process and very upfront and honest and no nonsense character, which is a rare find these days.
