Richard is a gentleman with a great sales etiquette. I went to look at a car with my wife and whilst Richard was aware I was looking at the car, he didn't approach us immediately, which I prefer as it gives you time to assess the car on your own. After a while, Richard, approached us and gave me the keys to take the car for a test drive on our own for as long as we wanted. On our return, there was no pressure to purchase the car and why would there by, the car sold itself, it was immaculate, unlike other cars that if already looked at. Simple things like the car being clean, polished, having new, or fairly new tyres all round and valeted, all set a great first impression. The car was nearly 13 years old, but a rare model I wanted so, needless to say I purchased it there and then. On collecting the car, Richard was unavailable, but Nigel handed the car over efficiently along with a warranty, full service and a half tank of petrol at no extra cost, great service from start to finish.
