Honest, down-to-earth and fair

Nigel was straightforward, honest, and friendly. There was no hard sale push and we felt we had time to make a decision on the car and trusted that he would fix what we asked for. There were no issues with taking a test drive which helped us feel confident in the car itself, and he gave a fair price for my trade-in. Communication was good throughout the sale and the car was ready to be picked up when he said it would be. The only minor thing I would say is that the car needed a very thorough clean when I got it home as there were a number of stains and general dirt, as well as a filthy engine bay. This may have been solely down to limited time after the wheels were returned so not a major issue for me and I suspect would have been no bother at all had I asked! Highly recommend!
